Star Psychology is not on insurance panels. If you are interested in seeking reimbursement from your insurance company, it is recommended that you contact your insurance company as soon as possible to obtain information about your level of coverage. The office of Star Psychology will gladly provide all of the paperwork necessary for reimbursement from your insurance provider. This is often referred to as a “Super Bill”.

I ask all clients to ensure that they make every effort to sleep well the night before their evaluation appointment. It is encouraged to eat a satisfying meal before, and bring preferred snacks and drinks to consume when needed. Doing these things assist in the client feeling well rested, energized, and ready to offer their best effort during testing. Clients are encouraged to bring a face covering to be worn during appropriate times of assessment. Clear face shields may be provided as needed.
